Corigloss SW 31

Nitroemulsions

CORIGLOSS SW 31 is a high bright concentrated nitroemulsion used as final topcoat for Leather-Goods and shoe upper articles.
It has high heat, wet/dry-rub resistance and a natural, warm handle.
CORIGLOSS SW 31 can be diluted both with solvent or water.
In case of use with solvent it has to be diluted with common solvents for lacquers with a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio.
In case of use in water emulsion the product has to be firstly emulsified as follow: 100 parts of CORIGLOSS SW 31; 20 parts of water.
Stir very well till product is uniform, then add again 30-100 parts of water Stir
The emulsion made in this way can be sprayed after regular dilution with water in a ratio of 1:1- 1:1.5 as usual NC water lacquers emulsion.
